  1. To delete a form:
  2.     1) Select 'Delete forms' from the QuickMail menu.
  3.     2) Go to the Installed forms folder if you are not already there.
  4.     2) Select which type of form you wish to delete.
  5.     3) Select the correct form from the list.
  6.     4) Click 'Delete' to remove the form.
